We want you to have the best experience with Sherwood Coffee 'n' Bread. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if unforeseen circumstances arise, we’re here to help!
Returns for Products
You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us here or at feedback@sherwood.coffee to initiate your return.
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in our response.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Returns for In-Person Cooking and Baking Classes
Cancellations by Participants
We offer a full refund for class reservations if you notify us at least 24 hours before the class start time.
How to Cancel a Class Reservation:
- Email us at feedback@sherwood.coffee or call us at (505) 750-1144.
- Provide your reservation details and request for cancellation.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window or miss the class, we’re unable to provide a refund.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Since our classes are held outdoors, weather conditions may sometimes force us to cancel a class for safety and comfort reasons. In case of bad weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Gift Cards
- Digital Products (e.g., e-books, digital tools, online course materials)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at feedback@sherwood.coffee.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different one (e.g., a defective product), please contact us at feedback@sherwood.coffee. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
