My son and I attended a sourdough bread making class this morning. We both had so much fun! The owner/instructor, Igor, was patient and helpful, the location is beautiful and inviting, and we learned a lot. Very helpful for beginners. We both look forward to attending more classes in the future.
I had the nicest time at the sourdough class and mostly because of the detailed instruction that I received. I've been trying to understand the steps of making a good loaf for quite awhile and Igor helped me learn what each step is for and not to be so intimidated. I'd advise anyone looking to improve your skills or even just starting on your journey to take this class. You'll never have a better cooking environment or a more experienced teacher than Igor!
Flatbreads was my 2nd class at Sherwood. Igor continues to make learning fun and accessible in the beautiful surroundings of his amazing outdoor kitchen. His professionalism, teaching style, personality, sense of humor and the hands-on class make for a great experience. I took a friend to his Flatbreads class, and like me, she will be signing up for another class with Igor! I appreciate the Flatbreads class, more so because I learned to make breads that aren't typical and represent different cultures I've experienced through my global travels. I'm so appreciative I now can make these delicious breads for my family!

My husband and I signed up for this class not knowing what to expect. Igor made the learning process and instructions easy to follow and understand. The class was small enough to have personal training and the bread we made was delicious. We will definitely sign up again
Tried the green chile baguettes and what a treat! Great texture- crisp crust with a soft interior- so so good!
