My wife and I took the sourdough bread-baking class at Sherwood Coffee ’n’ Bread this past Saturday and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the warm welcome to the last bite of fresh-baked loaf, everything was exceptional.
Igor, our instructor, was fantastic! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the art (and science!) of sourdough. He explained each step clearly, answered every question, and shared practical tips we can use at home. We left feeling confident, inspired, and eager to keep baking.

The sourdough class at Sherwood Coffee & Bread was fun, informative, and very hands on. The chef is delightful and helpful. Came home with a beautiful crafted loaf and dough and starter make and bake more loaves at home. Great experience! I will be taking more classes!

This was such a a fun class! Being hands on and being able to ask questions really helped me understand the sourdough process. Igor was funny, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on sourdough bread making! The next day I made my own sourdough loaf at home and it came out perfect!
