The sourdough class at Sherwood Coffee & Bread was fun, informative, and very hands on. The chef is delightful and helpful. Came home with a beautiful crafted loaf and dough and starter make and bake more loaves at home. Great experience! I will be taking more classes!

This was such a a fun class! Being hands on and being able to ask questions really helped me understand the sourdough process. Igor was funny, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on sourdough bread making! The next day I made my own sourdough loaf at home and it came out perfect!

Detailed explanations as to the how and why of the process made it easy to learn. Hands on demonstration and practice produced some tasty hot bread for everyone to enjoy with coffee, cheeses and butter. A wonderful treat for all the senses!! A world class experience!! I had the nicest time at the sourdough class and mostly because of the detailed instruction that I received. I've been trying to understand the steps of making a good loaf for quite awhile and Igor helped me learn what each step is for and not to be so intimidated. I'd advise anyone looking to improve your skills or even just starting on your journey to take this class. You'll never have a better cooking environment or a more experienced teacher than Igor!
