Do you love to cook or bake? Have a favorite dish, technique, or cuisine you’re excited to share with others? At Sherwood Coffee ’n’ Bread in Albuquerque, we’re looking for part-time Culinary Instructors to lead hands-on classes and inspire people through food.

We welcome cooks, bakers, and chefs of all backgrounds, whether you’re a professional, a skilled home cook, or someone with a unique culinary tradition to share. From empanadas to Thai curry, tamales to Mediterranean flatbreads, we want to help you bring your specialty to life.

This is more than just teaching a class. It’s a chance to share your story, connect with a warm and supportive community, and experience the joy of helping others learn something new.

What You’ll Do

As a part-time Culinary Instructor, you will:

Design and teach your own specialty class, showcasing a dish, technique, or culture you love.
Guide small groups of students step by step in a friendly, approachable way.
Prepare recipes, materials, and ingredients with support and guidance from our team.
Create a welcoming, fun, and encouraging atmosphere for students of all skill levels.

Confident speaking to a small group and explaining clearly.
Kind, patient, and personable. Someone who makes others feel at ease in the kitchen.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with our team.
