Individual Class Cancellation & Refund Policy
We get it, plans change, and life happens. Our goal is to keep things fair and flexible, so you can enjoy your experience with peace of mind.
Payment
To reserve your spot, we ask for full payment when you sign up. This helps us prepare everything just right for your class.
Need to Cancel?
If something comes up and you need to cancel:
- Let us know at least 48 hours before the class, and we’ll issue a full refund — no problem.
- If it’s less than 48 hours, the payment is non-refundable, but we’re happy to apply it as a credit toward a future class, depending on availability.
No-Shows
If you miss the class and don’t let us know ahead of time, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit.
Weather Stuff
Because our classes are held outdoors, sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. If we need to cancel due to weather, we’ll offer you a full refund or reschedule option - whichever you prefer.
