Introducing a New Kind of Cooking School in New Mexico
Tourism. Jobs. Next-generation chefs. All in one place.
We’re launching a first-of-its-kind Cooking School in Albuquerque, where hands-on learning, local food traditions, and modern culinary entrepreneurship come together.
This school will be more than a classroom. It’s a community-powered destination built to:
- Offer unforgettable experiences for tourists seeking authentic food activities
- Create local jobs through a working bakery and teaching kitchens
- Empower the next generation of chefs and food creators through an incubator that teaches product development, personal branding, and marketing
It will take time to build, and that’s exactly why we’re sharing the vision now.
The Roadmap to Launch (2025–2030)
We’re taking a phased approach, designed to grow intentionally and with strong community support.
Phase 1: Vision & Purpose (Now to Mid 2025)
- A bakery to test recipes and offer fresh bread
- Teaching kitchens for pizza, bread, and hands-on food experiences
- A Chef Incubator to help people build real food businesses
Phase 2: Planning & Research (Mid 2025 to End of 2025)
Studying successful models, estimating costs, and outlining operations.
Phase 3: Building the Team (Late 2025 to Early 2026)

Phase 4: Finding the Right Home (2026)
