Private Group Booking & Cancellation Policy

We love hosting private group classes - whether it’s for team-building, birthdays, or just gathering with friends. To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s how our booking and cancellation process works:


Booking Your Class

To hold your spot, we ask for a $200 deposit at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve the date and begin prepping for your group.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand things come up!

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class, your deposit is fully refundable.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but we’re happy to apply it as a credit toward a future date.

Want to move the date instead? We’re happy to reschedule your event when availability allows - just reach out and we’ll make it work.


Final Payment

A $200 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid anytime within 14 days before or after your class. We’ll send a reminder and make it easy to complete payment.


Weather & Outdoor Events

Since most of our classes are outdoors, weather is always something we keep an eye on. If we need to cancel due to bad weather, we’ll offer you a full refund or help you reschedule - whatever works best for you.
