It was absolutely wonderful. I actually made bread today -started yesterday. it was quite stickey so I added some flour.

what was the optional product we used when kneading the bread?

I ordered several things from Amazon today.

my husband loved the bread - already ate quite a bit.

Excellent class for both new and experienced bakers

I'm a fairly confident baker but have always been intimidated by the idea of making baguettes. This class was filled with great information and now I feel empowered to try this at home. Igor was patient and great at explaining the all of the different variables that go into making good bread. I'm looking forward to taking the flatbreads class next!
