My husband and I had an amazing time with Igor and his bread baking class.It was such an interesting and very educated class. We learned a lot about baguette bread and also got to try Turkish pizza that was delicious.

Ive now gone twice to their pizza making class with co workers and we had the best of times and were educated on so many things about Pizza. They make you feel at home and have the best hospitality. Everyone should do this! Great team building event.

This was the first class I had taken with Sherwood. It was a fun class in a great outdoor environment. The area we were in was shaded and it wasn't too hot. Igor is a good instructor and entertaining. There are some hands-on activities as part of a group effort to make the bread. I learned a lot of useful information on baking bread. We also had some opportunities to taste some pizza and flat bread he made which was delicious. I recommend it and I would sign up for a future class.
