Teach at Sherwood Bread - Guest Instructor Program
Sherwood Bread is a hands-on cooking school in Albuquerque focused on fermentation, traditional craft, and structured culinary education.
We offer bread baking classes, wood-fired oven workshops, and skill-based culinary experiences designed for serious learners. Our workshops are currently hosted at our Albuquerque teaching location at IPEC (Indian Pueblo Entrepreneur Complex).
As we grow, we invite select culinary professionals to teach within our curated Guest Instructor Program.
We are an educational institution first.
