This hands-on class is held during Balloon Fiesta week at Sherwood Coffee 'n' Bread, just 20 minutes from the park. You’ll learn how to shape your own dough, choose from a selection of fresh toppings, and bake your pizza in a traditional brick oven - crispy, smoky, and unforgettable.

Whether you're traveling with friends, visiting from out of state, or just want to try something different, this class is a flavorful way to experience New Mexico's hospitality and charm.
