Learn to make Uzbek Samsa - golden, flaky, hand-held savory pastries filled with seasoned meat and vegetables. If you like empanadas or savory hand pies, you’ll love samsa.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make Uzbek Samsa, one of Central Asia’s most popular savory pastries. Samsa are thin-dough pastries filled with flavorful meat or vegetables and baked at high heat until crisp and flaky.
