This was such a wonderful workshop! Igor was an excellent instructor, knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The class ran very smoothly, and we were given so much valuable information that felt both practical and inspiring.
I can’t wait to take another class! And truly, Igor’s sourdough is the best I have ever tasted. The cost of the class was absolutely worth it, especially for the incredible bread we were able to enjoy in class and at home. Highly recommend!
Jennifer, thank you sincerely for your support and encouragement. It truly means a great deal.
