If you already bake sourdough at home but struggle with consistency - such as dense crumb, flat loaves, overproofing, or unpredictable results our Advanced Sourdough Workshop may be a better fit, focusing on building repeatable, confident results from bake to bake.

If your preferred date is full, you’re welcome to join our waitlist - we notify waitlist members first when new sessions are released.
