I appreciated the overview of the Sourdough Class and especially tasting the bread. Honestly, I had no idea what to expect. I baked the dough we all received and ate it within two days! It was delicious! I look forward to taking the Sourdough Starter workshop/class.
Thank you, Trudy!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the class and the bread tasting. One of my favorite moments is seeing people discover just how good fresh sourdough can be.
It made me smile to hear that your loaf disappeared in two days, that's usually a good sign!

I thought Igor was great. I learned a lot but left feeling unsure what to do with my starter and unbaked loaf. I would have liked a take home page in the booklet added specifically for that
Thank you, Julie! I really appreciate the kind words and the thoughtful feedback. That’s a great suggestion, and I’ll work on adding clearer take-home instructions for the starter and unbaked loaf for future classes. I’m glad you joined us and hope to see you again soon!
