Meet Your Instructor
This class is led by Gerard of LOS Ice Cream, who has been making ice cream for more than 40 years.
He also completed the Ice Cream Technology course at the University of Guelph, bringing both decades of hands-on experience and formal training to the class.
Gerard’s teaching style is approachable and practical, helping students understand the fundamentals of real ice cream making so they can recreate it at home.
