Join us for a warm, immersive culinary experience inspired by the traditions of Uzbekistan. This special gathering brings people together around food, stories, and shared time — the way it has been done for generations.
During this experience, we prepare and enjoy three iconic Uzbek dishes:
- Uzbek Plov (Pilaf) – the heart of Uzbek cuisine
- Samsa – savory filled pastries, hand-shaped and baked
- Lepeshki – traditional round Uzbek bread
This is not a rushed cooking class. It is a guided cultural cooking experience, thoughtfully designed so guests can participate in the most meaningful and enjoyable parts of each dish.
Experience Highlights
- Prepare and enjoy three traditional Uzbek dishes
- Hands-on shaping, assembling, baking, and finishing
- Cultural storytelling and live demonstrations
- Relaxed pace with clear guidance
- Shared family-style meal at the end
- Small group setting for a personal experience
How the Experience Works
Some traditional recipes take many hours to prepare. To keep the experience enjoyable and unhurried, longer preparation steps are started in advance. During the class, guests focus on hands-on activities such as shaping, assembling, baking, and finishing — while learning why each step matters and how these dishes fit into Uzbek culture.
You will:
- Shape and assemble traditional samsa
- Form, decorate, and bake Uzbek lepeshki
- Learn the technique, timing, and traditions behind Uzbek plov
- Experience how all three dishes come together as a shared feast
- Sit down and enjoy the meal together — the Uzbek way
What Makes This Experience Special
