I didn't know how much I didn't know about making sourdough bread. Igor was a great teacher!! I appreciated his approach to learning and getting to do many of the steps to making bread.
A wonderful introduction to sourdough baking in a relaxed yet very informative approach. The hours flew by...and I feel equipped to start my sourdough journey at home! thank you.
What a great class! Igor just meets everyone where they are at in their sourdough journey. You go home with a fresh baked loaf, a loaf ready to bake and a sourdough starter to coax out on your own
Very informative, well organized, and fun. I've baked sourdough bread for years, but learned bread dough management techniques that I feel will improve my breads.
What a fun and informative class! Igor is an engaging and entertaining instructor, and we learned so much. I can’t wait to take another class!
Thank you, Jypsy! It was a pleasure meeting you and your son. I’m so glad you both enjoyed the class, and I look forward to seeing you again at Sherwood Bread!
