The pizza pop-up was a good time. It was nice meeting the attendees and making the pizza. The only issue I had that was not as enjoyable, I noticed one of the pizzas was not fully cooked after I took a bite. The dough was still uncooked and this could be an issue for someone with sensitive gut issues.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the Pizza Pop-Up, meeting other guests, and the hands-on experience of making your own pizza.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Feedback like this helps us continue improving our pizza classes in Albuquerque.

It was great to be able to create a pizza with a variety of toppings and see what other people put on their pizza! We received good tips for shaping the dough. The booklet we received is great.
Thank you, PJ! We’re so glad you enjoyed the pizza making class and had fun seeing what everyone created.
